Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log in to your Hisense account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Pack Your Product
Securely place the electronic device in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure full credit eligibility.
- 3.Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
